This Privacy Policy describes how Stack Ascent - Until The Top (“the Game”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use our mobile arcade game published by Alien X Software. We designed the Game to store progress on your device and not to require an account.
1. Information we collect
The Game does not ask you to create an account or provide your name, email address, or phone number to play.
We may process the following locally on your device:
- Gameplay progress (high score, coin balance, maximum combo record)
- Sound and music preference settings
- Settings needed to run the Game
This data stays on your device unless you uninstall the app or clear app data. We do not receive this information on our servers as part of normal Game operation.
2. How we use information
Local data is used only to save progress, provide gameplay features, and improve your in-game experience.
3. Third-party services
The Game may use standard device capabilities and libraries (for example audio playback and local storage). We do not sell your personal information. If we add advertising or analytics in a future update, this policy will be updated and we will describe those services where required.
4. Children
The Game is intended for a general audience (Everyone on Google Play). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
5. Security
Progress is stored locally. Protecting your device helps keep your Game data private.
6. Your choices
- Turn sound and background music off in Game settings.
- Delete local data by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date above will change when we do.
8. Account and Data Deletion
Stack Ascent - Until The Top offers an optional sign-in utilizing Google Play Games Services. If you choose to authenticate, a unique User ID and your display name are stored securely via Firebase to manage your profile and in-game status.

How to request data deletion:
Because we do not have a web-based login portal, you must request data deletion via email. To request the complete and permanent deletion of your Stack Ascent account and all associated data (including your User ID and profile linkage), please send an email to moin20@zohomail.in with the subject line 'Data Deletion Request'.
Please include your exact Play Games display name and the Game Name (e.g. Stack Ascent) in the body of the email. We will manually locate your Firebase record and delete all associated data within 14 days of your request.
